HOUSTON, July 10, 2014—A select group of local high school students will have a unique opportunity to pursue degrees and careers in hospitality—and spend quality time with NBA Hall-of-Famer and philanthropist David Robinson—thanks to Admiral Hospitality Scholars, an internship program launched in 2013 by Robinson and supported by the University of Houston’s Conrad N. May 22, 2014 New Wine Lab at Hilton College Strengthens Beverage Management Program
HOUSTON, May 22, 2014—Officials at the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management are ensuring students pursuing careers in the growing field of beverage management are ready for expanding opportunities in the industry. Construction has started on a new $750,000 wine-tasting lab that will seat up to 65 people for wine appreciation classes or industry training. MORE
