This semester, Barron's features an all-new menu sure to please a variety of palates. And the best part is, dining at Barron's will never break your budget. All entrée items range from $6.50-7.50.
So the next time you're thinking of waiting in line for another boring burger in a bag, give Barron's a try instead. Nearly all of our menu items are made from scratch, and they're always prepared and served by Hilton College students.
Barron's isn't just a great place to meet friends for tasty food—it also gives our students a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of running a restaurant during the hectic lunchtime crunch. Barron's—named after Barron Hilton, son of Conrad N. Hilton—is managed entirely by Hilton College students, who plan, cook, serve and run every aspect of the restaurant. Students from the College's Food and Beverage Service class staff the restaurant, and students from the Advanced Food and Beverage Management class manage the operation. This management experience is part of our capstone course—the final step before graduating and pursuing a career in the hospitality industry. All gratuities go toward equipment and supplies for our student-run Barron's kitchen.
Barron's, located on the first floor of the College's South Wing next to Cougar Grounds, is open from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday during the fall and spring semesters. No reservations are necessary. Click here for the all-new Fall 2014 menu. Because this restaurant is a student lab, serving hours cannot be extended.
