Get involved in a variety of ways.

You came to Hilton College to learn about the hospitality business and gain the experience you need to start a successful career. There's no better way to achieve these goals than by working at events, joining student organizations, taking trips and participating in the mentorship program—and these are just some of the student activities offered at the College.

To gain hands-on experience, volunteer for Gourmet Night and be a part of the College's oldest and biggest night of the year. Or work behind the scenes at the Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair, one of the nation's foremost wine and food festivals, and meet renowned chefs and winemakers. Or help plan our annual Hospitality Hall of Honor Week and rub elbows with the industry's leadership elite.

Or perhaps you want to learn about wine on a VIP tour of Napa and Sonoma Valleys, or visit Las Vegas and Atlantic City to explore a career in gaming. Many opportunities exist at Hilton College to travel to exciting destinations around the country and the world, all while learning the ins and outs of the hospitality business.

And be sure to get involved in one or several of the College's 15 student organizations. Membership in any of these organizations is a great way to meet people with similar interests and network with professionals who could offer you valuable internships and job opportunities.

There are plenty of activities for you to get involved in as a student here. You'll be amazed at how quickly you find your niche.
