Support our students' successes.

Hilton College is one of the top hospitality-management education programs in the world, and we maintain a worldwide reputation for producing smart, passionate, well-prepared graduates who blaze new trails in the industry.

We continue to build on our success and achieve new milestones, including:
  • An increase in enrollment to more than 1,000 undergraduate students and 100 graduate students.
  • An increased number of high-quality applicants to the program.
  • Continued recruitment of top-notch faculty.
  • An involved and well-connected alumni network.
  • The $12.5 million renovation of the Hilton University of Houston, our teaching hotel.
  • The transformation of the College's library and hospitality archives into the Massad Family Library Research Center and Hospitality Industry Archives— funded by a generous $1.5 million gift from alumnus Nick Massad and his family.
  • The abundance of experiential-learning opportunities for students, including customized internships, jobs at the Hilton University of Houston, opportunities to manage at our student-run coffeehouse Cougar Grounds and participation in College events such as Gourmet Night and Hall of Honor Week.
  • Our student internship program, which in 2009 placed 220 students in nearly 140 internships with companies in 24 states and 14 countries.
Where Your Gift Can Make a Difference
Your support in the following areas is an important component of building on this momentum:
  • Dean's Academic Excellence Fund – This critical, unrestricted resource enables the College to respond, on a timely basis, to opportunities and challenges as they occur—providing flexibility for the Dean in directing the use of resources to the priorities of the College as they change from day to day.
  • Student Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program – This program provides students with first-hand learning experience that enables them to apply classroom theory to real-life situations. Opportunities include internships, jobs at Hilton University of Houston and Cougar Grounds.
You also can direct your contribution to any area of particular interest, such as the Annual Scholarship Fund, Faculty Excellence, creating an endowment or our Career Services program, to name a few.

Your support can come in the form of a cash gift, a multi-year pledge or a planned gift through your estate plan. You can also give online. And, because the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation will match any gift to the College dollar for dollar, your contribution will go twice as far.
