| | | | Education | | BA, Colgate University; BS, MS, PhD, Cornell University. | | | | Career Highlights | | First Eric Hilton Distinguished Chair and now Professor Emeritus; joined Hilton College in August 1972, following seven years at Cornell University; served for 11 years as dean and associate dean in addition to 33 years of teaching and mentoring; conducted research on foodservice systems in remote and inhospitable locations, food safety management and sanitation; lectured and consulted worldwide; established the Eric Hilton Distinguished Chair Alumni Series in 1999 to honor distinguished hotelier Eric Hilton; remains active with the members of the Eric Hilton Distinguished Alumni Club, known as Eric’s Club, and is assisting in researching the history of Hilton College. | | |
