| Hiring the best. As one of the top hospitality schools in the world, Hilton College is the best place for recruiters to find employees with experience, initiative, passion and leadership potential. Whether you're recruiting for a hotel, restaurant, convention center, casino, beverage distributor or any other hospitality company, we have the perfect candidates for you. Our students are bright, industrious, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about hospitality. They know about the industry, have real-world experience and a strong academic foundation. They've completed internships, had on-the-job training and volunteered for campus events and organizations. They're team players and natural leaders, comfortable with diversity and eager to learn. In short, it's smart to hire a Hilton College student or graduate! There are several ways for you to reach our students. The College hosts Career Fair—a full day of recruiting, interviewing and networking—twice a year, and we also offer the chance for employers to conduct on-campus interviews. In addition, the College's Career Placement Services office posts jobs and internships on this website and regularly sends out job opportunities to students via e-mail announcements. We encourage you to fill out and submit the appropriate form if you'd like to post a job or find an intern. Postings are updated as we receive them and remain active for 14 days.
