Our students come to Hilton College because they have big dreams: they want successful careers in hospitality. They want to be restaurateurs, hoteliers, caterers, casino managers, wine and spirits distributors, club managers and industry executives, among many career options. They love the prospect of creating a menu for a new restaurant concept, of formulating a marketing and sales plan for a new hotel property, of managing the budget and orchestrating the logistics of a gourmet gala. Our program is all about reaching specific career goals, and we can help our students, who live and breathe hospitality, achieve their dreams.

The faculty and staff of Hilton College have extensive career connections and networking know-how—and they're in your corner. We offer many opportunities for you to meet potential employers and industry leaders, to work in great internships, find jobs and gain experience in your particular area of hospitality. Typically, 90 to 95 percent of our students already have jobs lined up upon graduation because we do what it takes to prepare you through our Career Placement Services. Just ask some of our alumni, who have gone on to work in their dream jobs. Our graduates' career successes are many, and working in internships and meeting employers at our annual Career Fairs are key elements in their stories.
